About Us
Quantum Critical Metals Corp.
Securing Canada’s Critical Metals Future
Quantum Critical Metals is at the forefront of Canada’s critical metals exploration and development, focusing on securing a domestic supply of the materials essential for modern technology, national security, and energy transition. With a 100% owned portfolio of critical metal projects across Canada, including a new gallium and rubidium discovery in Quebec, we are positioned to drive the next generation of mineral exploration and resource development.

Our Mission
At Quantum Critical Metals, our mission is simple yet urgent: Develop Tier-1 critical metal assets that contribute to Canada’s and the West’s supply chain security, utilize cutting-edge AI-powered exploration to accelerate discoveries, reduce costs, and improve efficiency, and advance projects that support high-growth industries, including semiconductors, defense, clean energy, and telecommunications.

Why Critical Metals Matter
With 31 metals on Canada’s Critical Minerals List, including rare earth elements, gallium, antimony, copper, and zinc, the global demand for these materials is rapidly increasing. However, China currently controls the supply of many critical metals, creating an urgent need for alternative sources.

Our Competitive Advantage

1. AI-Powered Exploration
We are revolutionizing mineral discovery by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) exploration technology. Developed by leading Stanford PhDs in geology and geophysics, this technology enables us to:
- Process thousands of exploration scenarios in days rather than years.
- Increase exploration accuracy while significantly reducing costs.
- Target high-probability drill sites faster than traditional methods.

2. A Growing Portfolio of High-Potential Projects
Our 100% owned projects span critical metals, base metals, and precious metals across Canada. Notable projects include:
- NMX Critical Metals Project (Quebec) – A newly discovered gallium and rubidium deposit adjacent to Nemaska Lithium’s Whabouchi Project.
- Babine Copper-Gold Project (British Columbia) – A promising porphyry system with AI-identified alteration zones and high-grade surface sampling.
- Victory Antimony Project - A new antimony project in British Columbia with promising historical sampling results.
- Discovery Polymetallic Project (Quebec) – Rich in rare earths, zinc, and other strategic metals.

3. Strong Tailwinds & Government Support
With Western governments prioritizing critical metals security, Quantum Critical Metals is well-positioned to benefit from:
- Federal & provincial tax incentives for critical metal exploration.
- Funding opportunities from organizations like Natural Resources Canada, CMETC, and the U.S. Department of Defense.

4. A Business Model Built for Growth
Our approach is flexible, scalable, and investor-friendly, with a focus on:
- Exploration & development of high-value assets.
